Disable redis plugin

Please help, how to Disable redis plugin. i was try to flush all keys, clear wp_option table and rename redis plugin directory, bit still not stop redis plugin to work. I cannot login to my wp dashboard is always redirected to wpugrade, actually is already upgraded
