Disable redirect to WordPress Login Page at Checkout

    Hi, as written in the title, I have the problem that if I am not logged in and click on order at the checkout, I am redirected to the WordPress login page (not to the Woocommerce login page, but to the WordPress login page), although I allow guests to place orders in the Woocommerce settings under “Accounts and data protection”. Where is the problem? Did I miss something?

  • Hello,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Thank you for your prompt reply!

    I disabled all plugins as you suggested and it worked with no problem. So I activated all the plugins one by one and tested them. As it turns out, the problem is with Jetpack. Since everything else works and only when I activate Jetpack and log in to the Plugin, it no longer works. Is there a setting that I need to make, or is it a bug?
