Disable homepage redirect

  • Hello – How do you disable redirect to user page when trying to access the homepage? This seems to affect all user roles except admin.

    We have updated Ultimate Member from 1.3.83

    EDIT: Setting the “User” page to “Homepage” puts the website into a redirect loop.

    Hi @biotrace

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Ultimate Member > User Roles
    2. Select the User Role you want to edit.
    3. Scroll down to Homepage Options.
    4. Make sure “Can view default homepage?” is checked.
    5. Click on Update Role.

    Hi there – All users have “Can view default homepage?” Checked.

    The homepage doesn’t have any content restrictions applied either.

    Hi @biotrace,

    Make sure that your home page is accessible.
    Go to our home page in Pages section and check access settings in UM Content restriction widget.
