As the title suggests, I’m looking to temporarily disable reCAPTCHA on the site login page without access to the dashboard – presumably via FTP?

I’ve successfully set this feature up on a blog previously but after repeating the steps on a second site I’m now unable to get back into the dashboard, I get the ‘ERROR: Your answer was incorrect – please try again.’ message every time I attempt to log back on.

    Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, your best option is to rename the plugins folder via FTP. Once you are logged in, rename the plugins folder back to its original name and enable the plugin in admin. Accept the previous settings. Then disable the captcha as per your comment above.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Kind regards

Ah, of course – thanks, that’s done the trick.
