How can I disable the pricing plan.

In my case only the admin will be creating the listings. So I don’t want to setup the pricing plan. I would like to know if there is a way to disable that.

If I delete the available pricing plans which are demo imported, then will it affect the website UI

    Many thanks.

  • Hi, @saxina

Yes, you can remove the pricing plans and it shouldn’t affect the website UI. You can also just hide the “listing add” element with CSS. Just send a screenshot of the element you want to hide and we’ll give you the CSS to do it.

    Best wishes!

I would like to show the “listing add” & “listing edit” only for the admin user.

I have deleted the pricing plans from dashboard

But when I edit listing from frontend then it shows this message, and I am not able to make any changes to my published listings.

    Hello @saxina

When pricing plans are deleted free plan will be assigned to the users by default with image upload limits.

The front-end listing builder is designed mostly for site visitors because site administrators prefer working on the backend.

When the site administrator creates the listing on the backend there are no limits. But if the admin creates a new listing or modifies existing ones on the front end there will be an image limit per property. To create the listings without image limits on the front end the pricing plan should be assigned to the administrator with more image limits.

    Your solution is not working!

I have created and assigned pricing plan as you said.

But the new plan is not shown here

And the same image limit error occurs again.

any change made here is not saved – it keeps resetting to this value. I am not able to change to different plan also. The settings are not getting saved when I save them.

    Thank you

    Hi, @saxina

In the second screenshot you sent, we can see that you set the plan’s expiration date to 1970, which is not a valid value. Please enter a date that has not yet passed.

    Yes, I make the changes(d,m & y) and save.
But after saving the value is 1970 again.

My changes are not getting saved here.

    Hello @saxina,

I tested the problem in our testing environment and pricing plan saving properly:

To check the problem in detail, please disable third-party plugins and activate the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

    Regards
