Disable Presto Player on initial page load

    Your player works great EXCEPT it displays on initial page load and I only want it to display once the page is scrolled about 200 pixels. The reason is that I display the full size on initial page load.

    We do have an option in Presto Player Pro, which allows you to adjust the Performance Preferences.
