Disable pre-loader animations

I initially installed “pre-loader plus” plugin on this website but due to some issues I don’t want it anymore. I tried to disable the pre-loader from customise option but it didn’t worked. Then I tried to deactivating and deleting the plugin which also didn’t worked. It just got worse after reinstalling by having various pre-loaders on multiple pages automatically. I also tried to reach out to author of the plugin but no luck. Now I am done with it and just want to disable every pre-loader on my website. Any suggestions on how could I achieve it?
