    Hello,

I have the same problem. How did you fix it? Actually, I changed in the popups to not be fixed and they don’t save the configuration and shows it fixed anyway…

Did it happen to you? Could the creator help me?

Thank you very much in advance

You will need to contact, with the author, and it will be the latest version your plugin.

@zaidapicazo – Sorry the bug has been fixed, but I have been offline lately due to technical issues. I will try to get the update pushed out as soon as I get caught up on support.

    Hello,

my problem is completely the opposite: I fix the pop but, even if i save the configuration, the pop up is not fixed at the end. Thank you for your help.

@meryem – Do you have a link? Currently fixed position is disabled on tablet/small screens if the popup uses a responsive size. This is because typically the popup can be larger than the screen which means fixed makes it impossile to see all of the popup.

    Hope that helps.
