Disable Pop-up banner for logged in users

    Hello,

    I’m receiving the banner pop-up continiously when I’m logged into my WordPress website everytime I refresh the page or when I’m going to another page within my website. I’m not sure if this is a common issue or if there is a setting which I need to change. I can’t find anything in the documentation about this question/issue. Is this normal? Thanks.

    Hi @timmiieehh,

    If you dismiss the banner, it should stay dismissed. If this is not the case, there might be a jquery error from another plugin on the page. This will show up in the console of your browser.

    Hi Rogier, Thanks for your reply. I found the problem. I deleted the cookies from Chrome that were related to login data. After that, no more popups.
