Disable Plugins in Customizer

the customize.php page is composed by two parts:

• The outer control panel => use *customize.php* in Backend URLs
• The inner page that is loaded by an iframe => use *customize_changeset_uuid* in Frontend URLs

It works for me.

Are you trying to disable some plugin on the outer control panel or the inner iframe?
If you need to do it for the inner iframe, that is frontend shown in a iframe wrapped by a backend page. That iframe has an src that looks like https://yoursite.com/?customize_changeset_uuid=d399d56c-e6c7-4e5c-bcf4-ff205f877991&customize_theme=your-theme&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0
Usually, the common fragment of the URL is customize_changeset_uuid. This is why I suggest you *customize_changeset_uuid*.
