Disable plugin on specific page/url

I’ve got this currency conversion plugin that works great on the store but in the cart, it incorrectly converts the shipping price to be higher than it should be. The plugin has an option for it to not convert on the checkout page but nothing for the cart page. Is there a way to completely disable this plugin ONLY on the cart page so that it doesn’t convert the prices incorrectly and displays the default price only?
