Disable plug in on wordpress 4.7.3

    Hi,
    something of weird happens.
    I have disabled the maintenance mode and now website loads regular only over my mobile phone . On pc/mac/ipad using Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge still loads the maintenance page…
    I also try to uninstall the plug-in but nothing changes.
    What I can do? Thanks in advance
