Disable (or hide) BuddyMeet Step while creating new BP Groups

Hi,
Has anybody found the solution for this old topic?
I would like to make Buddymeet mandatory active for all groups (without Meet embers option) without displaying Buddymeet settings (except for site administrator) because it is too complicate for new users.
