Disable only COD fee in local pick up

    Hello, great plugin! Thank you Strato!
    I want to help me with this.
    I want the option : Local pick up + Enabled pay on delivery but the COD fee to be disabled. This is the case of the client wants to visit the store to pick up the order, and pay there!
