• I have searched and found numerous posts about using Jetpack to disable the mobile site that happens when you go to guillotinemetal.com but the option is disabled and I have even deactivated the plugin with no success. I have gone through the plugins used and none seem to have anything related to a mobile option. Just wondering if anyone knows why there might be a completely separate mobile site instead of just letting the responsive theme work it’s magic. Thoughts? I can’t seem to find any options other than the Jetpack one for disabling a mobile site and the Jetpack option didn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Have you tried deactivating all your plugins? I would suggest doing so and checking, if the problem still persists. If not, activate one plugin after another to see, which one is creating the issue.

This could also be an issue with your theme, so switching to a WordPress standard theme like twentyseventeen could also help pinpointing the issue.

To help this process, you could consider installing the Health-Check-Plugin.

As this mobile page doesn’t resemble a WordPress-generated page, also check your .htaccess-file for a line that applies a rule to different UserAgents.
This is a guide on how to view your .htaccess file:
