Disable mobile menu-toggle

Hello,

I’m using this theme for my company, so I need everything to be clear on desktop view and on mobile view
I removed the mobile theme from the header.php, but I have a problem with the toggle menu
I don’t want it to be toggled.
I want it to appear on the mobile next to the search icon -just like the desktop view-, but I couldn’t find the right way to do that
I hope you have the right method to fix that
