Disable minimum password strength?

I feel like my users probably don’t need to secure their accounts with a strong password and having their regular ‘easy’ passwords not work will probably stop a lot of people from creating an account.

I want my users to be able to register an account without being enforced to create a strong 8 character password.

How can I disable the enforced minimum password strength in WordPress?
