• When a reader clicks on a date/event they get the little spinning graphic and then nothing. The page looks the same as it did before the click and the event window does not open as it should be doing.
The problem is…the page can no longer scroll after this click.
Yes, they can manually refresh the page via the browser options.
I’m looking to create a text link for them to click and refresh the page for now.
Was hoping however this is a problem that has been resolved already and I am just missing a setting somewhere?
    Any Help?

    Hello @franktcmarketing,

Please share a live URL from your issue.

For troubleshooting, please deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

    Please keep us informed.
    Best Regards

BTW Your suggested method to troubleshoot doesn’t work as it removes the info from the page.
Even trying to run it backwards and deactivate the plugins one at a time does the same thing once you get into a plugin that is used on that/those pages.
If you need and admin login we can do that?

OK, I put the shortcode on a separate page all by itself.
No pagebuilders extra editors etc…Just a blank page with the shortcode.

Turned off all other plugins…switched to default theme
and it does the same thing.

    Hello?????

    Hello @franktcmarketing,

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end.

Please tell us a little about the versions of plugins you use and server configuration. To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard. You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

In the meantime, please follow the steps explained in this article: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/what-are-best-wordpress-php-settings/. This article explains for you what the minimum configurations on the server are required to properly have functions work. The mentioned configurations are minimal and essential to have on your server.

    Best Regards
