    Hi guys,

Could you advise on the following?

I would like to automatically disable Lazyload for the first image in each post, perhaps even the first two images, preferably without having to go through each post and adding a css class to an image.

On my blog this would make for a smoother user exeperinece.
Thank you very much for taking the time.
    All the best.

    Hi there,

The only way to instruct Lazy Images to skip an image is by using CSS as described on this page:

How could I perhaps use a filter to accomplish this?

I saw something like this done with the Rocket Lazyload.

Since I already use Jetpack for other purposes, it would be great to keep it for lazyload as well?

    Many thanks.

I’m not familiar with the Rocket Lazyload plugin, but not all lazy loading plugins work the shame. Let me check with our developers and I’ll let you know if there’s something we can implement in a future release.

Thanks Fotis. I think such an option would really help with the user experience.
