Disable js en css if not used

  • The css and js files of certain plugins are loaded even if the plugin isn’t used at that particular page. This results in a lot of useless http requests.

    Is there an easy way to disable the loading of unused css/js?

    These are the plugins which css/js is loaded on every page:
    *contact-form-7
    *q-a
    *popular posts
    *post-rating
    *wp-paginate
