disable insert the Google Analytics tracking code in all pages

    Is posible to insert the Google Analytics tracking code manually?.
    I want to insert the code manually to set the RGPD.
    I need the pluging not to insert it to be able to put it manually if it accepts the cookie

    Hi, this plugin caught my eye as an AWESOME alternative to Google Tag Manager for WordPress, but since it inserts the Google Analytics code it’s not a viable alternative even though I could capture so much more data!
