Disable Insert subscribtion in database?

    Good day,

    When I set the “Disable Insert subscribtion in database?” setting to ‘Yes’ and save settings it does not save. Upon saving it reverts to ‘No’. Can this be fixed? I really don’t want sensitive date being stored in the database.

    Please advise.

    If you wan, you can download my plugin and replace file /send-pdf-for-contact-form-7/view/send-pdf-admin.php by FTP
