Disable Infinite scroll for posts

It seems that after the recent update my blog posts are now scrolling infinitely and I would like to know to disable that. The plugin works great and I have been using it for years but I only want it to work on my home page.

Can you please let me know what is needed to disable on my blog posts. It gets really convoluted and personally seems like a bad user experience.
