• I don’t think i’ve seen this mentioned anywhere, but is it possible to disable someone from visiting an individual post page, such as https://yourblog.com/?p=10

My blog is effectively a single front page that I use as a portfolio to post music, so I have no use for the individual pages at the moment. Nothing on my site links to the post pages, but Google still finds them.

    Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

  • I’m also looking for a solution to this. I want to us wordpress as a pure CMS. I do not want to show a blog page and only will use posts as a way to organize pieces of my content that I will insert into page templates modularly using widget areas. So how can I make it so wordpress can pull and use my post content but at the same time there is no single post page that that content can be seen in. In other words I don’t want the individual post pages to be available via url. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
