• Hello,

I just noticed Google had indexed some folders from wp-includes and wp-content/uploads

Basically, it’s possible to browse through all my folders, plugins etc.

I found tutorials on how to black access to index browsing, but will that be negative for SEO ?

I’ve read that Google needs to have access to wp-includes to load plugin javascript and css to properly render pages.

Does using Options -Indexes in htaccess prevent google from accessing those files or only index browsing ?

I’m quite mixed up about all of this !

    Thank you !
