Disable “include shipping insurance” option

I had same issue, I used custom CSS

Good idea @ungang001 and @jaysa,

Adding this to the backlog.

This is now added to 4.2.2.

You can test the pre-release version here.

ill create a post but the insurance isnt adding the 2% calculations to the checkout.

Resolved in post. Insurance is added to the total quote, not as a separate line item.
