Hey turneyd. We can help you out on this, but as a PRO user, you’re entitled to post at https://tri.be/support/forums. The advantage of posting there is two-fold: one, we respond to that far quicker than we do here, and are on the PRO forums multiple times a day (versus once a week, at most, here at dot-org). Two, we’ve got more dev-minded folks on the support team there who will be able to answer these questions on the spot.
