  • Hi,

the reason the menu is not working is that jQuery isn’t loaded on that page. It is better to solve that issue, as it may cause additional functionality issues. You might want to contact the theme developer.

    Hi,
May I know which jQuery is not loading?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I mean the entire jQuery library, not some specific jQuery code.

    Hi,
Ok noted. By the way, may I know how to check if the jQuery is loaded or not loaded? Is it possible to check using Chrome developer JavaScript console?

    Thanks

    Hi,

yes, console will show you errors such as “jQuery is not defined”, see https://vanweerd.com/screenshots/s20191029170927.jpg

    Dear ronaldvw,
I try using my PC google chrome, I cannot get the Console error you screenshot earlier.

When I try my website on PC Google Chrome(using responsive view, mobile phone view etc.), everything works fine. The menu is working fine.

But, when I try my website on Mobile phone Google Chrome, the menu is not working.

    Any idea?
