Disable h1 from logo

What settings do you have on Settings → Reading?

When I have “Your homepage displays” set to “A static page”, the header logo on that page is a div element and the entry title is a H1 element.

In Settings -> Reading the home page is set to “A static page”.

The problem appears only with the page template.
