Disable guest mode for real users but keep enabled for bots

hello I want to use guest mode only for bots based on IP or or user agent
is there any way I can disable guest mode for real users and keep on for bots
actually the guest mode causes the page to reload for real users which affect user experience
or any other way to prevent from reloading page for real users

Please give some insights of warm cache I didn’t understood it
If the page reloads like a flicker than problem solved but in my case it’s reloading takes 2s
one more question here ,,is there any filter to use guest optimization keeping the guest mode off
