Disable Guest Comment Rating

Hello. We have a contest on our website and it involves people “liking” a post and whoever has the most likes win. I’ve turned off guest rating, but as you can probably see, you can still rate the post without logging in. Screenshot of my settings are below. Is there anything else I can do to disable guests from thumbs upping a post?
