Disable get_avatar filter

    Hello,

    Could you please create an option to disable the get_avatar filter in the file:
    ultimate-member/includes/core/um-filters-avatars.php (line 45) ?

    It’s looking like 99999 is too heavy and taking priority over every other plugins witch is very annoying.
