disable GDPR compatibility with Cookie Notice plugin

In Version 1.2.12 you added a feature for GDPR compatibility with Cookie Notice plugin.

Is this feature in the latest release still included?
If yes, is there meanwhile a way to overrule this compatibility?

I’m still using 1.2.11 because the post view counter should always work. Independent if cookies are allowed or not!
