Disable Functionality if coupon is used

  • Hi Team,

    I am using this to display discounts based on quantities. But Is there a way to disable this functionality if the user is using any coupon codes? If the user enters coupon codes, they are getting additional discount than the coupon value as the price is reduced when quantity is increased.

    Please let me know if this is possible to disable quantity based discounts if the user uses a coupon code.

    Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available on the plugin by default. However, we could customize the solution for you at an additional cost. It’s also worth mentioning that we only honour customization requests from users of the PRO version of the plugin.

    Yes, when a coupon code is applied, I want to disable the quantity-based discount. If no coupon is applied, I want the quantity-based to work as normal.

    Seems what you’d like to achieve is the reverse case of the new feature we added. You want coupons to disable a specific discount type triggered by our plugin, however, our plugin disables coupon activity based on specific discount types our plugin triggers.
