    Hi
    I have this issue:
    – When clicking on photo first it becomes a fullscr with no next, before, info buttons. The only option is to close it and when you do, you see the same picture with the working buttons. What I want to do is disabling this first “full scr?” picture because its pointless. The bigger problem is that visitors cant do nothing like sliding to next pic until they find the “x”. Most of them just press “back” button from their phones because they cant do nothing and they get fit of nerves and wants to leave the site.
It’s same from pc/gsm but from mobile its harder to find out that you first need to close the pic, then to see the other pics.
When the pics are in album – there is no problem and everything works as it should to. But when there are just pics without album – that issue. Most of my pages are without albums and its pointless to make an album for every single pic. Pls help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

It looks like there is another lightbox coming from a plugin, or most probably from your website theme. Could you please check whether there is an option to disable it?

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Hi,
I’ve searched all the wordpress theme options and there is not such an disableing option. It’s a problem form the photo galery plugin. Someone some ideas?

    Hi,

Could you please deactivate all your other plugins, and see whether the problem solves with Lightbox?

If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check the Lightbox simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

Also, please change your Theme and check if the problem solves.

Thank you! Have a nice day!
