Have you tried the CKEditor - Basic Settings section?

Set there Disabled for Default state and Excerpt state but leave Use CKEditor as comment editor checked.

Yes, I did as you wrote. But the editor is not disabled.

Can I do something to your plug-in works only in the comments. And in other ways I want to use TinyMCE Advanced.

Unfortunately you can not have two WYSIWYG editors enabled at the same time.

The solution could be to have one editor enabled as the default and disabled for e.g. comments. Then the second one enabled manually in code for the comments.

I connected the ckeditor.com in the comments. But I ran into a problem. When the user presses the “reply” button, the form of commenting stops working. I saw that you have coped with this problem using a file “ckeditor.comment-reply.js”. Can you tell me how can I fix it?

I’ve just tested it in Twenty Fourteen theme and it worked. Replay shows the comment field with CKEditor working, replying saves the message and it is shown in proper way (indented).

Maybe the problem is with custom theme?
