Disable feature image preview in posts list?

This is a great simple plugin, but I would prefer to be able to disable the featured image preview in the list of posts. These images take up a large amount of vertical real estate leading to a lot more scrolling and only being able to see a couple of posts at a time – I need to see as many as possible!
The preview is useful if I specifically want to check the featured images of each post, but otherwise it’s an inconvenience henece it would be gerat if this was toggleable option.
