    Hi there,

    I think you are asking this question in wrong forum, this page is for support of WP Support Plus plugin.

    Though, I can understand your concern, you must be using any e-commerce plugin on your WP Site, when someone register via that plugin will make role Customer and it require for their internal functionality to handle customer users. Most probably this role is as equal as Subscriber.

    As per your settings, if customer register via WordPress register form, will get role decided in your General Settings.

    Sorry. The problem was a Woocommerce profile, when someone go to open a ticket with ‘support plus’ without login, the login URL redirect to a woocommerce registration (not wordpress registration, I don’t know why), so I fix it changing by default as ‘suscribers’ for new woocommerce users with a filter code, and all new users who needs to open a ticket with support plus now are assigned to the ‘suscriber’ role. Is not a plugin problem, but this problem start it with it. If someone has same problem can change the default woocommerce role to ‘suscriber’. Anyway, thanks for answer.
