Disable Excerpts from Category Pages

hi again,

when I navigate to a category page on my website, wordpress displays all of the posts as excerpts, which strips them of all their images/videos and pretty much defeats the purpose of what im going for.

is there a way to disable displaying excerpts in category view? I’d prefer to keep the same format as the home page (w/ content, teaser, and a “read more…” link that i put in manually).
