Disable Email verification on registration

Hello, is that a possible way to disable email verification on registration? I am using a community forum website with bbpress and budypress, but my host does not support mail and sendmail functions. I just want the users to register without email verification. Here are my host features (look the free):

I have tried to install a plugin to send emails via SMTP instead of mail() but it still doesn’t work.
