It is not working. I’ve followed the guide, I’ve got it like the faq, but still. Every week, a new email…

How can I disable Email Summaries?

If you’d rather not receive Email Summaries, you can disable this at any time. Just open up your WordPress admin area and, in the left menu, go to WPForms ? Settings. Then click on the Misc tab.

On this screen, you’ll see a checkbox labeled?Disable Email Summaries. Just check this box, then be sure to save your settings.”

  • Hey @ntribrd – sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing here!

when you get the chance, could you please check the footer of the email and see the source/ site name of the email and try disabling the weekly summary email?

Hey @ntribrd — We haven’t heard back from you in about a while, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!

Meaning, yes, it matches the “sent from ADDRESS” & the “ADDRESS”/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpforms-settings&view=misc

Hi @ntribrd – after disabling the Weekly Email Summary, are you still receiving emails now?

    Thanks,

    Hi @ntribrd,

Currently, we have a bug where the wpforms_email_summaries_cron cron event is not removed after deactivating or uninstalling WPForms, and this is causing the issue that you’re facing. Please know this will be fixed in the next WPForms version, 1.8.2.

For now, you could remove that cron event from the scheduled actions, and in case it helps, you can take a look at our guide about Action Scheduler.

Another option would be to use the?wpforms_emails_summaries_cron_to_email?filter to remove your email address from the weekly Email Summary, and for this, please see our guide about this hook.

    Hope this helps!
