Disable email sending does not stick

If you select “disable email sending” in the advanced tab this setting does not stick if you make further changes to the form.

This has been happening since the move to 4.x. Essentially every time I make a change to a form that I have email sending disabled I need to remember to save twice – first to make any changes I need to the form and then go back and disable email sending again.

The “email to” field auto populates so I can’t simply remove it from the basic settings. This is not a huge problem but it does get annoying – it would be great if this bug could get squashed in the next release.
