    Hello,

    I think customera who have had their orders email Reimbursed, should not receive review emails by default.

    otherwise there a high chance the store gets a bad qualification for a product they did not received.

    Hello there,

    Our app skips review requests for products that have been returned, refunded, or deleted from an order on Shopify only.

    Please let us know if you need any help or have any questions.

    I see, it should be extended to Woocommerce also.

    Especially if most of the internal logic is already done.
