Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

You can disable each of the admin emails by navigating to the Memberships > Settings > Email Templates admin page, select an email to modify, and check the box for “Disable this email?”.

Alternatively, you can use the Developer’s Toolkit Add On (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-toolkit/) to disable all admin emails. The Developer’s Toolkit Add On has a setting to automatically redirects all Paid Memberships Pro emails to a specific address. After you install and activate the plugin, navigate to Settings > PMPro Toolkit in your WordPress admin.

Ok, I chose “default email” template and checked the disable option but email notifications keep arriving. Which template should I choose to avoid/disable the email notifications to admin (course added to user, changed password, new user registration and this kind of notifications)?

The ‘default’ email should not be disabled as this is used as a fallback template. Each template that an admin gets has (admin) next to the template name. You can disable each of those from the Email Template Editor.

Templates like course added to user relate to the LMS you use and you should reach out to the developer of that plugin. Templates like changed password, new user registration are core WP emails and need to be handled differently too.

Here’s a third-party article that might help for the password emails: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-lostchanged-password-emails-in-wordpress/ as well as a third party email for the new user registration: https://smartwp.com/disable-wordpress-new-user-notification-email
