    We are using the ticket system for internal purposes. We don’t have any external clients. I have read that it’s possible to create tickets by agents but from what I have experienced the plugin will automatically fill in the email adress of the agent that is creating the ticket. Is this correct?

    Is it possible to use the form for agent purposes only and remove the mandatory email adress field? Is it perhaps possible that instead of the name field the form will automatically select the user agent through login data? I know this needs to be customized and if there is a better and more efficient way to do it our selves, please let us know.

    The only thing important to us is that assigned agents will receive an email with a link to the ticket.
