    Hello!!

I jst want to know if is it possible to disable the e-mail notification. I use this form for people who wants to download my printables. So, everytime someone submit the form, I get an e-mail. I receive 20 or 25 at a day, and my Inbox is saturated.

There is a way to disable these e-mail notifications? Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The feature isn’t directly present into the plugin but you can request a custom modification at https://form2email.dwbooster.com/customization

Another workaround – out of the scope of the plugin – may be to add a rule in the inbox to automatically delete those emails to point the email to a secondary address.

We will anyway evaluate this option (do not send emails) as a feature for a future version of the plugin.

    Thank you for your feedback!

    Hi codepeople!

I’ve tried to add a rule in my inbox but Outlook says that it doesn’t work for IMAP acounts, for this reason I came here.

Thanks anyway for youe answer! I’ll keep finding a solution!

    Greetings!

    Hi Anna,

We have just added the feature for optionally disabling the notification to the administrators.

Please download the latest version published today 1.2.26 to get the new feature. When installed you can use the new field “Enable notification email?” in the settings area to enable/disable the email notification.

    Thank you for your feedback!
