Disable Discounts on Sale Items

    First off, thank you for making such a fantastic plugin. We love your plugin and is used globally throughout the site.

    Is there a certain filter or condition which would disable the discounts while an item is on sale? or better yet…modify the discounts?

    I am comfortable getting into the code! ??
