Disable default value

Good morning,
I use acf open street map, by default this field returns a value and I have entities that I would not like to display on my map I created a drop-down list with a delete value and I use the delete_field function.
if an address is entered it is deleted except that the default value is still present how can I deactivate this field the hide value is true.
