Disable default setting that adds all new users/blog owners to default blog

    Hello,
    When I am in the Network Admin panel, and add a new site (url, admin username, and admin email), the new site owner is always added as an administrator to the default site on our WordPress multisite installation.

    Is there any way we can prevent new users from being added to the default blog? We’re implementing LDAP soon, so every time someone registers for a blog in our university, we can’t have them added to the default blog.

    This doesn’t happen by default on a fresh new install. Disable your plugins to see what’s causing it.
