Disable contact form 7 queries on all pages except contact page

Hi

I need to disable contact form 7 on all pages except 2 pages.

I checked out your guide https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/

But that only disables the js and css..

I still see queries happening on my site after using your solution

I need to disable it completely please
